1. Who can sit at the table

• The age line is eighteen completed years, no exceptions — Indian gaming law treats real-cash play by anyone younger as off-limits, full stop.
• You should be a resident of India with an active Indian mobile number that can receive an SMS one-time-password, plus an Indian bank account or UPI handle in your own name.
• Your home state should not appear on the restricted-region roster set out in Section 9; if it does, please skip deposits altogether.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Teen Patti My Master are not permitted to register as players — this keeps the tables clean of any insider advantage.

2. Your account on the platform

• Only a single account per person is permitted, and any duplicates the system spots may be merged or frozen at our reasonable discretion.
• The security of the wallet sits in your hands — never pass an OTP to a stranger, never let someone else log in on your number, and treat support callers asking for codes as outright frauds.
• Above certain withdrawal-tier thresholds we may ask for identity verification through Aadhaar last-four, PAN, or a recent bank statement; this is staged rather than gated at signup.
• We retain the right to pause or close accounts that breach these Terms, show fraud signals, or run afoul of the fair-play rules collected in Section 7.

3. Funding the wallet

• The smallest top-up the wallet will accept is ₹20; the largest single transaction is capped at ₹100,000 in line with payment-rail norms.
• Supported routes: India's UPI network (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm and BHIM), IMPS bank transfer, plus Visa, Mastercard and RuPay cards.
• Under normal rail conditions, the rupees move from your bank to the in-app wallet almost the instant the OTP confirms — the table is ready by the time you switch back to the app.
• If a deposit shows as debited from your bank but no wallet credit appeared, the rail auto-reverses inside its standard 24-to-48 hour SLA. Anything still missing after the forty-eight-hour mark — write to [email protected] with the UTR and we will chase the processor directly.

4. Cashing out winnings

• The withdrawal floor is ₹100; the daily ceiling depends on the identity-verification tier currently active on your account, with the live cap always visible inside the wallet screen.
• Payouts route to a UPI handle you have already verified or to a bank account you have linked — there is no support for cash, vouchers or third-party recipients.
• Banking-hour requests typically settle inside five minutes; late-night, festival-shutdown or rail-maintenance windows can stretch that until the next business cycle.
• The very first withdrawal on a brand-new account may sit for up to twenty-four hours while a routine verification check completes.
• A 30% TDS deduction is applied automatically before payout — Section 5 below walks through the math.

5. TDS withholding — Section 194BA

Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act, 1961 — a clause introduced by the Finance Act of 2023 — places a clear obligation on every online-gaming platform in India to deduct 30% tax at source from net winnings before they leave the operator's hands. Teen Patti My Master honours that obligation automatically at the cash-out step, with the following mechanics:

• The withholding is calculated on the net winnings figure — total wins minus deposits and any earlier taxed withdrawals from the same financial year.
• Each withdrawal summary inside the app prints the TDS amount as a separate row, so the math is auditable on a per-transaction basis.
• The collected tax is filed against your PAN with the Income Tax Department on the standard quarterly cycle.
• Once the Department processes the filing, the deduction surfaces in your Form 26AS and Annual Information Statement.
• At the close of the financial year we issue you an annual TDS certificate, equivalent to a Form 16A, ready for use in your income-tax return.

6. Promotional credit and bonus offers

• The ₹50 starter credit handed out on first install sits in the wallet as playable balance — it cannot be withdrawn directly and only converts once it has been wagered through real-cash play.
• The first-deposit boost (up to ₹3,000) attaches a playthrough requirement that is spelled out in the offer card at the moment the promo is claimed.
• Tournament prize pools are released to winners exactly as listed in the lobby card published before entries closed.
• Any promotional rupee obtained through bonus farming, duplicate signups or multi-accounting is recovered without notice and the underlying account is reviewed for fair-play breach.

7. Fair play at the table

• Two or more players coordinating chaal moves at the same baazi — sharing card information, splitting blinds, soft-playing each other — constitutes collusion and triggers permanent account closure plus winnings reversal.
• Bot scripts, automation tools, third-party assist software, or any external program meant to gain an edge over honest players are not allowed on the platform under any circumstances.
• External aids such as card-counting devices, screen-readers driven by AI, or any approach that compromises platform integrity will be treated as a fair-play breach when detected.
• RNG-driven titles (slots, Aviator, Crash, Mines, side games) run on tested random-number engines whose outputs cannot be predicted, nudged or replayed — claims of "patterns" inside these games have no technical basis.

8. Skill-game framework in Indian law

Both Teen Patti and rummy have been classified as games of skill across a body of Indian Supreme Court rulings, supplemented by a long catalogue of state high-court decisions over the decades. That classification places real-cash play in those games outside the prohibitions of the Public Gambling Act, 1867 in the majority of Indian states. Restrictions specific to particular state legislatures are honoured separately and are listed under Section 9 below.

The crash-style titles, slot reels and other RNG-driven side games sit under a slightly different regulatory lens, governed by the skill-game framework rulings and the relevant local statute. Where a state's statute restricts those specific categories, the affected tables are walled off from players in that state while the rest of the catalogue stays available.

9. Restricted regions across India

Seven Indian states have framed their own statutes that close off real-cash skill gaming, and we honour every one of them. If you reside in any of the states listed below, please do not load funds into a wallet on the platform:

• Andhra Pradesh
• Assam
• Nagaland
• Odisha
• Sikkim
• Tamil Nadu
• Telangana

Players residing in any other Indian state may play freely, provided they meet the eligibility tests listed back in Section 1.

10. Playing within limits

A cash table is fun only when the money in play is comfortably affordable. The app ships with daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps, configurable session timers, loss limits, plus cooling-off and self-exclusion locks — all inside Settings under the Responsible Gaming menu. 11. Ownership of platform assets

Every line of code, screen layout, illustration, written paragraph and trademark visible on Teen Patti My Master — the website here and the Android app — is either owned outright by us or held under a valid licence. Copying, reposting, redistributing or building derivative products from those assets without written permission from us is not permitted.

12. Limits of our liability

Within the limits Indian law permits, Teen Patti My Master is not answerable for indirect losses, incidental damages, or consequential financial impact arising from your use of the platform. Where direct liability does apply, our cumulative cap to any single player is the rupee sum of net deposits that player has made on the platform during the previous twelve months. None of this language overrides any protection you carry under Indian consumer-protection statute, which sits above our Terms.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are read and interpreted under Indian law, and any dispute about them falls to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located within India. Before stepping into a court, however, we strongly encourage every player to raise the matter first with our grievance officer (Section 15) — most issues are resolved at that stage without need for further escalation.

14. Updates to this rule-book

Indian gaming law evolves, platform features evolve, and these Terms will move alongside them as needed. Significant changes will be announced both inside the app and on this same web page, with the effective date refreshed at the top. Continuing to use the platform after a notified change counts as your acceptance of the revised version.
